I'm a Geek, But I'm Not *Too* Unathletic
my mood: sleepy
reading: Legacy by Greg Bear
listening to: the cars outside
Playing: Fire Emblem
Working on: My new web page
trying to learn: 4-ball juggle
practicing: DDRMax2 songs
So, where did I leave off? Something about talking to me. Yes. Talk is good. It is healthy, and it keeps humans sane. So please, please, please, if you see me walking around, take a moment to talk, would you? I'm only socially inept on days that have a's in them. Try to overcome that small obstacle, if you can, and spare a moment of your thought. Ramble on, if that's what you want to do. It's only fair for having to read *this*.
OK, now that I've made another desperate plea for contact with the non-gamer/geek world, its time to move onto another topic. For example, athletics. As a geek, I would normally avoid this topic like the plague. However, I recently had to run around chasing people younger (and healthier) that myself, so I figured now is as good a time as any to get this out of the way. While I do consider myself a geek, I still enjoy excercise (DDR all the way!). Geek does not mean pale, unhealthy, fear of the sun type of person. Its just a way of saying someone is deeply interested in something. You can be anything from a computer geek to a gaming geek to a music geek to even a sports geek. Its a versatile term.
That's all for now. More as I think of it. It's of to work on my site, I s'pose.
